Pallet tags are tough and durable synthetic tags, designed specifically to attach along with the pallet banding or pallet strapping.

Pallet tags for strapping and banding are designed to stay secure throughout the distribution, and are tear proof, resistant to creasing, and are weatherproof, making them the perfect choice for both indoor or outdoor use.

Bluepoint's all-weather pallet identification tags can be written on by hand using a permanent maker, but are specifically designed with thermal transfer printing in mind – giving a tough, long-lasting print that is scratch-proof and resistant to abrasion.

Secure Pallet Identification Tags

Bluepoint's synthetic pallet identification tags offer the highest levels of security around. Unlike self-adhesive labels, which can come unstuck from dusty, textured or wrapped pallets, pallet tags that fasten with the pallet strapping or banding won't fall off. And with tough, synthetic materials, they won't tear or crease, ensuring your logistical data remains intact throughout the entire supply chain.

Bluepoint's pallet tags come in a range of sizes and come plain white or pre-coloured.

The material of choice is Poly-Tech 20, a 200 micron HDPE which is fully recyclable. Poly-Tech20 has very high UV resistance as well as environmental weathering properties, and exhibits excellent tear and rip resistance - as well as attaching via the pallet strapping or banding, Poly-Tech 20 can be staple or nailed without risk of damage.

Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, our pallet tags have good temperature and dimensional stability, from -40°C to 120°C.

Thermal Transfer Printable.

Bluepoint's plain and pre-coloured pallet identification tags are designed for thermal transfer printing. They come on either a role, or in sheet form, suitable for a range of thermal transfer printers, including those from TSC, Godex, Toshiba and Zebra.

Thermal transfer print offers the most hardwearing print available, and is the perfect choice to ensure clear and bold, long-lasting print that needs to last throughout the entire supply chain.
